I am currently on a further psychotherapy training course in Psycho-organic Analysis, which focuses on a combination of psychoanalysis, Jungian analysis and body-orientated therapy.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and follow their ethical framework.

Alongside private practice, I used to work as a counsellor at an LGBTQ+ mental health charity and at King’s College London. I have several years of experience working therapeutically within the mental health sector, with a background in social care and youth work.
